1. Services

ThRive Therapeutic Recreation Services offers therapeutic interventions, including Animal-Assisted Therapy, Music and Dance Therapy, and Personalised Recreational Therapy. Our services are designed to enhance the physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being of our clients.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees: Our fees are outlined in the Pricing and Payment Policies section of our policy manual. Fees may vary based on the type and duration of the service.
Payment: Payment is due as specified in the invoice. We accept payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Details for payment are provided on each invoice.
Refunds and Cancellations: Please refer to the Refunds and Cancellations section of our policy manual for information on our cancellation policy and refund procedures.

3. Client Responsibilities

Attendance: Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions and provide notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Participation: Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their therapy sessions and follow the recommendations provided by their therapist.
Feedback: Clients should provide feedback on their experience to help us improve our services.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Confidentiality: All information shared during therapy sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of immediate risk to safety.

5. Liability

ThRive Therapeutic Recreation Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to adhere to our policies, engages in disruptive behaviour, or fails to make required payments. Termination of services will be communicated to the client with appropriate notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
